Wharfie, it is in California's best interest to make sure illegal immigrants get counted like regular citizens. Because hiding the truth is the only way liberal logic works.

You can't just straight out admit that you're for spending tax money on illegal immigrants. Nor can you admit that you're essentially for open borders.
