TI:

First of all can I ask you to please spell my name correctly (there are 2 d's in Addi).

And second of all, to response to your claim that I am shorting this stock all I can say is Go get a life! For one thing in my 12-13 years of investing I have never nor I will ever short a stock (it is not just my style of investment). As for why I bring out my concerns to this thread about this company, it is because I created this thread and believe it or not feel responsible for maintaining a sound logical view of the company and keep it away from hype and hollow empty push for the stock. I do not want what happened to me back in 94, to happen to me (again) or anyone else when it comes with Sapiens, it is as simple as that. And I have always believed when investing one should look at what can go wrong, than what can go right! This thread is not for hype nor shallow push of a stock, but rather sharing ideas so we all can benefit (after all this is what SI is for, is it not?)!

I have tried my best from the very beginning to lay out everything there is about this company in the best way I know how in the most honest way (even if it is negative). I am very much offended when you say my intention to bring out the negatives is because I am shorting the stock and you question my integirty when I say I am long and hold a substantial number of shares of SPNSF.

On the other hand I question your motives. All you have said on this thread have been empty hypes without any merits or facts behind what you state. You do not even have a clue of what this company does or whose management is, or what their balance sheet looks like. And then you question my motives?! I am really offended. As for contact with the company regarding what is going on with their business, be my guest and why you dont try to call the company and get some info?! And when you do, come back and tell me about it! And if you want the info I had about this company why dont you start reading my posts from the very beginning when this thread was created. Maybe then you get a clue of what this company does or is all about!

And most important of all, if you ever think that my comments or your comments or for that matter anyone else's comments on SI threads can move a stock (in this case SPNSF) in any direction you are more naive than I had thought.

Anyway, I think I have wasted enough of my time on this. One thing you and I have in common (and this is based on what you calim) is that you seem to be long on this stock. But regretfully (and perhaps luckily!) thats were our common interests end! One thing though I can tell you for sure, this thread is not like many other SI thread for small caps (especially Y2K stocks) for people to come and just put a positive spin on a stock without any merits or supporting document. Speculation (in my humble opinion) is welcome as long as it is a mix of negative and positive in a civilized manner.

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

TI, I get no such impression about Addi. He always presents both sides of the story. I mostly lurk but had to speak up when you speak for other readers on this thread.

>>The tone of most of your posts sound like you are shorting this stock and expect the worst to happen. Either I was born yesterday or you have a hidden agenda, that is now coming out to the surface.<<

Investor--most of us share Addi's concerns. Your mindless bullishness is getting annoying. Lay off Addi. I think you were born yesterday.
