I still don't think that would be enough to do the trick Greg :-). I think the funniest thing Bill Gaites did was when he threatened to move MSFT to Canada. I'm not sure about how residence works (I'm just guessing). He could set-up a Rent-O-Let right near the Canadian border, stick the MSFT charter in it along with the land deed, and have MSFT mail delivered there. He would be freed from all this Justice Department nonsense :-).
