I note this evening that the Warrants (TPROW - 2.125) and the stock (TPRO - 5.5625) are 3.4375 apart in price. When exercised, Tava will ask for $3.50/warrant. Sooooooo, for $2.125, you can be the proud owner of TPRO for less than half the price of TPRO and once you pay your $3.50 (sooooomeday, I trust we'll have to do this), your actual cost will only be $5.6875/share! In my mind, a very small premium to pay to get in for $2.125/shr.

Re: 'My point? I'm just providing an industry perspective that I encountered.'
Hi Mark,

<<The computer applications journal' entitled 'Year 2000 and Embedded PCs'. This journal, published by Steve Ciarcia, a well respected and well published electrical engineer (I presume), is heavily geared to the hands-on EE and electronics enthusiast>>

<<Thanks for the links.>>
You are welcome!

You findings are very interesting. More information from the EE (electrical Engineering ) community is really appreciated; when you find more please post (either here or on the 'Impact' or 'Embedded' thread).

Regards,

John
