I read the letter from Auric several times. It seems to me hard to find any negatives. My reactions:
1) Jensen does not [and has even said he does not] usually release corporate information unless he feels he has something significant to say. I also assume that the release is an indication he wants to use Auric (why would he publish their letter and then not use them?).
2) The tone of Auric's letter does suggest a strong interest in their getting Global's business. Thus it would appear we have two motivated participants. I read this double enthusiasm as auspicious.
3) Jensen has said (if I remember correctly) that he now can produce 400-700 lbs dore' per week [someone please correct me if they disagree with this figure]. So let's say 500 lbs/wk, so 2000 or better per month. If Auric really can handle 3000-4000, then I submit that the "bottleneck problem" has been solved.
4) Extrapolating to gross revenues per month may now be somewhat easier, given this data, but it still seems elusive to me. Does anyone know or remember: a) the # of tons of head ore now being processed/day, and b) what the ratio of dried leachate is to head ore?
5) <<<We would furthermore, like to perform full metallurgical balances on the Global process, with the help and participation of your technical department >>> Does anyone know what this means?
Regards, Scott
