ALYA Signs Distributor Contract with Smart Building Technologies Inc. PALO ALTO, Calif.--Feb. 11, 1998--ALYA International Inc. announced today the signing of a distributor contract with Smart Building Technologies Inc. (''SBT'') of Richmond, British Columbia. SBT specializes in providing ''one stop'' seamless integrated telecommunications and technology services such as Voice, Data, Internet, Access Control and Video Conferencing to commercial buildings. SBT will be licensed to market, sell and distribute ALYA's OPENcentrix security management system for buildings.
