Miles, I think I can help. Go to the Auto BB Update. Think you have to use that the first time. I just got QP too, and had to use the BB for the initial update. Remember to log off your ISP as this is a direct dial line.

Maybe I can help. Download the file you want. Manually, dont use the "helper applications" to do it. An example would be "01211998.qpl" Save the file in the \qplusdat\incoming directory Also rename the file as .zip instead of .qpl Then the update should run. I havent got the "helper applications" in the browser to automatically do it for me. I have posted to Gary here and emailed him at qplus but never got a reply. Email to "info@quotes-plus.com" is where I received a prompt reply to another problem I was having with my video. If anyone has run into it: you have to have your monitor set for 800x600 or better, as 640x480 will chop off the 1000's digit on left side of the grid as in the symbol !DJ30 Let me know how it goes. steve
