I hate that stupid message. Another one of those dumb dialogue boxes where the choice seems to be no choice.

The solution/workaround is to start nav once, from the desktop or start menu or whatever, and open other windows from the file/new web browser menu inside Nav, or with "open in new window" right button entry. Then, all the windows seem to have a common root and work on the same bookmarks. Independently started instances of Nav seem to have a concurrancy problem.

If somebody wants to explain this better, be my guest. It certainly is an annoyance.
