Good comment.
I wonder how much the little lambs will love Mr. G when they discover that the shareholder equity is disappearing out the back door with each of these purchases (a clever form of dilution). I also wonder how long it will take before they wake up to the fact that the quality of the revenue stream is declining?
This market is being held up through the share buy-back process. The dough provided through this process contributes significantly more buying power to the market than does the money flow to the mutual funds. It is also artificial. I thought companies were supposed to buy back their shares when they were undervalued?
