Concerning TCOMA's cable upgrade schedule: 1. Arguss Holdings has been hired to reconstruct Denver and Dallas systems. Groundbreaking is scheduled to start this quarter, take up to three years at an estimated cost of $140 million. 2. Antec's IR subsidiary has begun work on upgrading Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and the Seattle (Puget Sound) systems. My best guess is two years to complete Seattle (based on conversation with a construction guy at the Mall). SLC, San Francisco? The point here is that after years of talking, they're now doing. But it ain't gonna be a simple flip of a switch. It's going to take some time, money, and hard work in the mud. Regards, Paul
