Cosmo Daisey, The famous FM radio patent case (the widow got some little money after the discoverer suicide)is a crying example of what you said. Look like Fonar got almost destroyed by the same disrespect. And Liposome expended $10,000,000 in legal fees to get less than a $1 million settlement. Very complex science involved in this patent fights by the original discoverers. Zonagen's patent claims are of cero value. If they are FDA succesful (far from reality) there will be 100 generics after their market.
