You cite one author. Do some research and read what the "southerners of the time", including Jefferson Davis, said about slavery. The "entire" economy of the CSA was born in the economy of slavery. Something like $3-$4 BILLION. Read what the TRAITORS said themselves. EVERY STATE CITED KEEPING SLAVERY AS THE MAIN "STATES RIGHT". Again, stick to stocks and the markets.
