Thanks for the news and clarification. For some reason I still seem to recall some better numbers in terms of size from another kimberlite pipe/blow. Maybe its senility but hey I have been known to be wrong.

When I get a chance I'll go back over my data and try to follow up with you.

I mentioned in the conference call that there were at least two issues to be decided by the courts and only one may be "heard" at the Feb. 24th hearing. Check it out as to what the claim is about and what the first hearing is about.
