In general, retail sellers either met or exceeded the interim 27% target and are on track to achieve their compliance requirements. California's three large IOUs collectively served 36% of their 2017 retail electricity sales with renewable power. The Small and Multi-Jurisdictional Utilities and Electric Service Providers served roughly 27% of retail sales with renewable power.
