This company is DEAD, or will be soon enough.

Is everyone ready for lower than expected EPR.
Correction. Much, much, much lower! Cutting peoples jobs will not help. Specially, when no one wants to be hired by S3. At least none of the good engineers.

Unfortunate as it may seem George, it was double counting of distributor shipments. Each and every quarter since 1/1/96. The lawyers will use S3's own audits to damn them.

I'll go over some of the reasons later today.
