If one were to look at balance and income statements alone, how would one price the stock? at what PEs? It is the future potential that is reflected in the PEs (i.e. growth). It is these prospects for growth that are good for DIGL. I just returned from a customer visit yesterday and I saw the DIGL product there, upon querying, I found they liked the product much more than other competitors. I have received this type of feedback on the superiority of products from a number of users. If the competition is not close on the heels, the product is gaining new customers (over 12 last quarter, by their filings), then that syas something about their product. The fundamentals are good and therefore this stock can command a higher valuation ratios.

I may benefit from a clarification of your post.

Your post suggests that DIGL is vulnerable to imminent failure.

Is your statement directed towards the viability of the company and its product offering; or is it directed primarily towards current per share pricing?

Your statement leans in the direction of some inherent weakness of the ASA 312. Is there a deficiency in product design or quality? Is there a competing product of which we should be aware? Is the future of this business sector weak? Is the company too dependent on a too narrowly focused product line? Is the company management too weak to properly bring this product to market? Is there something else we should know?

What is it that you really know about this company? And please, don't be compelled to limit your response to only three or four sentences. Give us lots of raw red meat that we can chew on!

Sometimes it is difficult for me to separate knowledge from opinion; so if you could respond with some clarity as to what in your post is fact and what in your post is opinion derived from that fact(s), you would be doing me a big favor. I think you will also agree with me, that this is the kind of dialogue that enables all of us to become better informed and make better investment decisions.

I look forward to your response.
