Jan 16 it was initiated with a strong buy. Even so it closed up 11/16 today.

Jeff, the way I see it, the Cdn. PCS stocks as a group is out of favour (cut throat pricing, low margin business, far off from being cash-flow positive etc), though Clearnet has more than PCS. From what I read in the Cdn newspapers during the past two months, Clearnet seems to be the highest regarded among the PCS stocks, but it would still take some time before it moves back to its old high. Even Nextel is in a trading range.
