Provocation by a fool...
"Stone is heavy and sand a burden, but provocation by a fool is heavier than both." Proverbs 27:3

I have a friend that is building a seven foot wall, using a back hoe. He tells me it is "back-breaking" work. He lives in a very small town that is between two high mountainous terrains. His work is for both "beautification and of necessity" based on where his home is. He is cementing the stones together also.
Between his pickup, backhoe, and brawn he is "winning the battle." Although his equipment is small, relatively speaking. He is an old retired man, like myself---in fact we were classmates many decades ago---he is doing a great piece of work. There is going to be some consummation and reward when he is done. The satisfaction of a job well done; muscles and bones properly "stretched."
But in another realm, one bears the brunt of a "stoning" and the provocation is heavier than putting up a seven foot wall.
Yes indeed: "Stone is heavy and sand a burden, but provocation by a fool is heavier than both." Proverbs 27:3
