How Liberals Are Showing They Are Weak And Spoiled

There’s a stark difference between the losing side’s reactions to Barack Obama in 2008 and Donald Trump in 2016.

Remember, there was a lot of fear in Conservative communities, eight years ago, when it was learned that the former community organizer was going to the White House.

There was suspicions that Obama was, at best a Socialist, and at worst a Communist, based off comments from his own memoirs.

Obama’s parents were both Communists, and in his book, Dreams from My Father, he speaks affectionately about a friend named Frank who mentored him throughout his younger years. Though it has yet to be confirmed by Obama himself, there is wide speculation that “Frank” is actually the card-carrying Communist named Frank Marshall Davis.

Even more speculation and concern arose when people reached the point in Obama’s memoirs where he speaks about how he chose his friends carefully. He tells how he sought out, “…The Chicanos. The Marxist Professors and the structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets…”

Outside of Obama’s own writings, Conservatives were concerned when Obama said things that sounded socialist in nature, such as,

“I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

To date, Obama has yet to denounce Communism and/or Socialism, and yet has befriended several Communist dictators around the globe.

Some had a problem with the seeming lack of patriotism of Obama, something speculated when he failed to salute the American Flag during the National Anthem during a campaign rally, or when he made a point of not wearing an American Flag lapel pin.

Others had a problem with Obama spending 20 years of his life at the Chicago church of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, yet claiming to have never heard the publicly released incendiary and anti-American speeches of the fiery pastor during all of those years.

There was plenty of other evidence to raise doubts that Barack Obama was going to be a good president, yet after the election of 2008, did you see Republicans or Conservatives marching in the streets, blocking traffic, lighting limos and trash cans on fire, or looting and destroying businesses?

Were there mobs of Republicans spending entire work-days parading around, and declaring that Obama was not their president?

Were there Republican Senators who led a mass boycott against the inauguration of Obama, or were there celebrities and entertainers who had their very lives threatened for wanting to perform at or just to attend the inauguration ball?

The answer to all of this is no. Conservatives may not have liked having a suspected Socialist/Communist in the White House, and it’s fair to say that there were millions of disheartened Americans the day after the 2008 election.

Though they may have felt that they had just lost their country, they still accepted the decision of the low-information voters who cared more about identity politics and breaking racial barriers than they did about what an Obama presidency would mean.

Yet for some reason, the unhinged Left seems to think that the appropriate response to their losing of an election is violence, destruction, and obstruction.

Share this if you are tired of the extremism and fascism on display by the Left.
