GW,

I was enjoying myself and then you had to say that word. LOL
With all of the good things going on it's important that we not overlook little things.

Your point is well taken. I feel that we are so close now,
does anyone know how the co is doing for cash and
what our burn rate is? I truly feel that one piece of really
big news will start the snowball rolling - then LOOK OUT.

There's no comparison between this company and that dog, VLNT. OZON just raised cash thru a private placement and has the option on a second round if needed. In addition, this company doesn't have the burn rate that VLNT had. Also, notice that OZON has venture partners in many of its technologies. That means there is someone else there to share the capital cost. Finally, OZON is on the cusp of bringing many of its technologies to market -ie. they will soon be producing revenues- witness the recent 10Q and the revenue growth reflected therein.

Having said all that, of course thin capitalization is the biggest issue confronting this company. If its technologies require years of evaluation or don't penetrate the market in the next year or two, they will be back in the market raising cash (of course they have a long way to go to reach VLNT's 500,000,000 shares)
