You seem hung up on the word Negro. That is the most irrelevant part of the article. Try to focus on him being AGAINST affirmative action, desegregation. He was also FOR the mass incarceration of 'predators'/blacks. Yes, he called them PREDATORS. Do really not remember Hillary getting protested and attacked for using this word... Barak Hussein Obama was also the "first clean, articulate" black person he ever saw in politics.
