He could have gone faster if not for all the obstruction. Mueller knew there was no collusion in the first two months - by any reasonable measure his investigation was completed. The obstruction "investigation" became his new mission to get Trump and he played that game for nearly two years and still couldn't take down Trump. Face it - it's over, Trump wins bigly - reelection for 2020 is guaranteed - MAGA. Mueller has done America a great service.
