Don't know if you took this into consideration in your analysis, but Aura also holds warrants.

I think we'll need Aura stake to diminish to the 30-40% levels before we acheive any independence. 60% still leaves them pretty much in the drivers seat doesn't it. The 2.3 million shares you mentioned is a good observartion. We should see some wild swings with only that much available to trade. Unfortunately, that usually keeps the institutional guys away as well, at least from the open market anyway or large positions. I wouldn't want to decrease Aura's stake at the expense of increasing shares and diluting our earnings. Just my opinion.

Oh. And as somebody pointed out today. It seems the stock received some definite support today on a day when the market was down. About time.
