Thats a very good question. There is no doubt that Coms and Asnd are both getting involved in DSL, no matter what flavors it comes in. Will they dominate the 'new' market like the old (pre and present X2 and KFlex)...highly unlikely bc the telcos may have to get involved and then you have newer people like pair, awre and wstl too...not to forget alcatel. It looks like these 'newer' companies have a temporary lead in getting the big contracts at the rbocs, but anything can happen over the next years, especially with clecs and isps sprouting up all over the place and the internet still growing and evolving like a bag of microwave popcorn.
