They're at home so I'll have to get back to you. One has something to do with "TA from A to Z" and I don't remember the other. I've been busy reloading a crashed PC, which dimmed my enthusiasm for scholarly study. Thinking abut shorting some Internet high fliers today - LCOS, ONSL and ATHM, plus maybe AFCI and probably CFON. CFON's last 10-Q has a lot of ifs and buts, and it's a competitive field on top of their discount convertible deal.
