I would like to more details how they move stocks from local market to NY. I thought if, in NY, you have a short-selling account and in long-buying account in Indonesia--assuming that in NY these stocks always sell/buy with premium, then how can you cover your short-sellings in NY? Thanks in advance. I have read similar premium selling in NY for some China ADRs, and I don't know how they pratice that either.
