Ed, I did not press him for details. I was compaining that the officers were selling their stock based on information that the stockholders do not have. He stated that what they were doing was within the guidelines of the SEC. The fact that the company is involved in other law suits, is incentive to follow the rules. So he said. He volunteered the fact that JA was trying to support the stock, I didn't question him as to how much he was buying because I didn't feel that was appropriate nor would I expect to get an answer.
