The republican party uses ads to tell the collective what to think so the ad campaign changes depending on the circumstances. This works for republican voters because they too don't believe in anything. "Balance the budget" or "cut spending" until they want to borrow money from the Treasury and give it to their donors so their donors fund their campaigns. It's always an ad and ads always change.
