China has the fastest computer in the world for many years. If it was only theft then it wouldn't have been the fastest would it? The US fell behind because the gop put in place the sequestration and cut spending across the board and put the US in second place. Sometimes we have to look at the facts and admit there's something seriously wrong with them.
