Jag, cutting work force by 15% is a very drastic cut.
Personally, I find a company laying off people a sign of decline. I've been waiting for S3 to show me some signs of visibility as to their future direction for over 6 months now and I have yet to see it. I also feel their 1/3 sale of USC investment an act of desperation rather than shrewdness. I apologize if I sound bleak but I take it as I see it.

I expect Terry's next move to lease one of the two buildings to further cut cost. The buildings are in excellent/desirable location.
