Torn cartilage? Ouch... I’ve been there, I feel your pain.

Hope you find the combination for that lock!

re: knee lock

i had that last night. i rubbed it with jergens bear lube and it went away.
then it showed up in my ankle like i had a sprain. i rubbed that with
some more lube and it moved down to the arch of my foot. there wasn't
really anything wrong with my knee and ankle parts, they just quit working
together on the same frequency.

i had to borrow a little kundalini force and marry it to the chi to re-magnetize
the tendons, cartilage, muscle and bones to get them all back on the same
wavelength with the same mission imperatives.

have you ever tried tai chi? i thimk it's for old people like us. it's supposed
to keep your body tuned to the secret chord so parts don't get out of sync.

or you could try playing hallelujah on your accordion.

Well I've heard there was a secret chord
That David played and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music, do ya?
Well it goes like this:
The fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift
The baffled king composing Hallelujah

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
