So I sold WAB at ~$70 and DD around $75 blended and now I cycle back into DD at $66 and WAB at $65 blended. Both DD and in particular WAB had a good quarter. DD earnings are a bit misleading because they don’t account for $1B (annualized) of merger related amortization expenses that isn’t accounted for in adjusted earnings. I think CEO Brenn will be aggressive in unlocking value (see the announcement of the bio/nutrition business).
