i think you may be right.

i also remember well the NLV purchase.
frankly, the way things are accelerating,
as you have noted, it makes strategic sense
to cement such an alliance in that manner.

and, it wouldn't hurt zenith at all...

If your not being sarcastic about a $25/shr price for a minority investment from INTC or MSFT then PLEASE try to explain what sort of valuation they might be using to arrive at that premium. While you're at it, where do you hear of their interest in ZE in the first place. If you throw around names and numbers like that you should be prepared to support them.
