Why is it so difficult for you to quit referring to this guy that only you know anything about? Explain yourself or stop because there is zero context for the rest of us---your only posts here refer to him but the best info. you have given is that you call him "BOZO" which is hardly worthwhile to repeat each time you write. What IF ANYTHING does he have to do with Winchester or Vescan?
