Yes, he's halted military preparedness drills with the S Korean army. He got nothing for that and he admits he did it because Putin 'suggested' doing it. He has also accepted NK's missile program testing. They tried a coup attempt against Trump, so that's tied his hands with Russia. Trump has repeatedly denied the fact that Putin helped get him elected or did anything about the election much less mounting a fictitious "coup attempt."
