November of 1992...my personal protest. It hangs on my memorabilia wall at Tahoe. Unfortunately for my Dad his Sister and my Uncle. They all passed in the Obama Administration. Their military service certificates all have his name on it. In no way am I not appreciative of the certificates. It's IMO about his seemingly true distain for our military personal. JMO
