As you know I put a link of a Congressional hearing in which Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JP Morgan was asked under oath how he'd budget someone who works for him when that person is already down over $500 each month. Someone suggested she get another job. I asked where, Walmart? So you see, even the biggest banks in the country aren't paying enough for people to survive without government assistance.

Americans get it. Whenever a minimum wage increase is put on the ballot, it almost always wins and both parties support it. The first increase hit in 2015 and wages went up. Since then states like NY put in place plans to gradually increase wages which means averages wages will go up, not because CEOs are doing their jobs (they're clueless) but because voters are doing it for them.
