The co. verified the number of shareholders, certs are documented in chronological and numerical order, cert #'s and dates, anybody who does not provide this data is thrown off the list. Has the company verified the number of shares in the float? That's a much more important number than the number of shareholders. I'm curious, as I'm sure others are: How many shares are now accounted for with the new tally? Before you go on the offensive, understand that I've always maintained that, though I'm not convinced the short exists, I'm also not convinced it doesn't. I think it's more than a little likely that it does. My point has been that if it exists, a squeeze might not come off as anticipated without fundi's. If the short position is only 100k shares, only the sellers of the first 100k stand to make any money. Once the shorts are covered, the price is going to the basement unless there are fundamentals to support a higher price. If the squeeze happens, only the first to sell will benefit from it (IMO) with all others left holding the bag. I certainly hope you and Riley, etal are not intending to be the first ones out, as your actions would make it appear. As far as your information, you demonstrate you are on a 'misimformation' campaign, or have no ability to gather information LOL Shows how much you know about tonto. Or is that Ms. Tonto? The merger & money will be completed by the end of the month Would you be willing to bet on that? In any event, I've bookmarked this post so I can show it to you in February when the merger doesn't happen. It'll be a shining example of the value of your own source of information, which is probably nobody but the company. If you want to know if the devil is a good guy, it's best to do more than just ask the devil. BTW, when the merger doesn't take place, are you going to blame the SEC in the same way the company has set themselves up to blame them? when will the co. start trading? Good question. What is the trading date du jour? WE ARE!! AND THEN SOME!!! DOCUMENTED!!! You can't make this claim until you've documented what the float is. Sure, you can document what it was, but you don't know any better than anyone else what it currently is. WORKING IN SILENCE I wish... WORKING IN THE SHADOWS WORKING IN SILENCE RMIL SOLIDARITY AGAINST ALL ODDS!!! This is the kind of rhetoric that can be such an important warning sign.

Pugs, glad to hear the positive news. That is a very agressive timetable you have listed for everything to be completed. I assume by your backorder statement that the 300mm backorder was a typo, makes more sense. You are confused about my involvement with GIFS, I never "claimed" in any fashion that I was buying the float, that was hype initiated by others that I corrected and I made sure was published in StreetLevel. You are well aware of that fact and should not mislead this board. So what you are saying is the merger with RMCW will close this month for sure, the $10,000,000 of equity cash/ and loan will be closed, a new water bottling plant will be completed in 8 weeks plus more exciting factual news. I truly hope what you have advised is the truth, this will indeed be unbelievable news! There is only one misinformation campaign that I am aware of, and that was initiated by the company when they chose to advise the world they owned factories, refurbished a shipping vessel,...except I must add to that, and that would be your attempt to mislead others about my history and purpose. You have bad information.
