Mr. Kuglers posts were faxed to the NASD. THe NASD suggested we send complaints to Principals compliance dept, and the CEO. We followed that suggestion. We rec'd NO RESPONSE from Principal. The NASD informed us that Principal must respond by Feb. 6th. A representative from the compliance dept called me. She was totally unaware that Mr. Kugler was posting 8-10hrs. a day or the extent of his campaign. The NASD suggested 2 options for brokers in violation of USC Chapter2a sub.i.77q...Arbitration or a lawyer, I got a lawyer. Principal, which was purchased by EVEREN, must've felt that the documentation warranted their action. Mr. Kugler is a broker. <EOM> SOLIDARITY THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!!
