George, you weren't too far off. .88 is the number, but the fully-diluted is what the focus seems to be on . Watched CNBC this morning, which I never do, to see what earnings were. Those idiots are putting a negative spin on everything and seem to avoid altogether any positive news. More tech companies are beating estimates than falling short, but you sure won't hear it from them. CNBC is a half-notch higher than National Enquirer, IMHO. CPQ 60 by year end. Good luck. Robbie
