By the way, don't be fooled by big ticket items transacted at the bid. The big boys will not pay the ask--ever. The 83M is an accumulation of shares purchased by brokerage firm and MVSI insiders. They know. Also, you cant look at small cap deltas on a percentage basis. MVSI technically going from 7 to 4, is not equivalent as DELL going from $90 to $60. Because small caps are thinly traded, there is constant over-reactions both to the upside as well as the downside......... :-) = SMILE RICH
