Did you mean "$650"M - they are going to downgrade the stock over $5M when mgmt said they would grow 7-11% sequentially for the next 2 qtrs - if that's really a reason for the downgrade the analysts can see passed their nose.

I do think the shareholder dilution is the main factor - but I also think once they get a window (break from make stock acquisitions) they will use some of their future good results to buy back stock and offset the effect of the options grants. I would trade a higher stock price over the next month or two for a motivated work force growing the company for the long-term. If people are worried about options they'll get over it - just look at Microsoft, which needs to spend 2/3s of its earnings just to keep outstanding shares from growing.
