True, also you need not pay anything beyond the amount of tax paid in the previous year until due in april.

You can see the market makers manipulating this stock. Yesterday it gaped open and the market makers sold at the inflated bids put in before the open. Today they lowered to bid price to .41 and are buying up stock sold on market orders. Does anyone have any comments, am I reading this right.

There must be something comming soon with all the activity and word has been leaked. It must be good news.

May work for some people, but I got nabbed the 2 years in a row. the last 2 years I paid in full by dec 15. Although for a 5 year period I never paid estimated taxes at all and was never penalized. In summary the IRS is pretty screwed up.
