Hi DF, Re: What to do with CY...........................
I troubled over the same general ideas and what should be done. Value Line had their 3-5 year price appreciation potential targets at $25 to $40. That big gap up to the $22 range used quite a bit of the upside potential should the deal fail to materialize. For me it was a 66% gain in less than two years, so I closed out the position.

The trouble then becomes, "With what shall I replace it?"

( Hi debt,

CY is U.S.based and # 3 in auto chips.

INFN is # 1 or 2 in auto chips and euro based.

The premium was paid to cover possible tariff penalties, I suspect.
Supply chain shuffling is cheapest if you change billing addresses.
CY allows that.
Smart move by INFN!
