The ACA was created to help insure more people and lower the cost of health care. I proved public and private health care costs dropped since the ACA was created. LOL The first point is a toss up. A small percentage of Americans with pre-existing conditions received coverage....but at the expense of the vast majority who had coverage trashed. Your second point is blatant BS. The ACA was supposed to lower costs for the consumer, not government.
