Wayde, When you can show me how buying (or borrowing) shares -- and then selling these shares --- helps to produce or sell any of Bay's leading edge products,and/or support the regional economies, I'll agree with you.

In the real world there is only a limited number of highly qualified
workers.
It is imperative that Bay makes a realistic effort to attract and retain high quality employees, with the dilutive stock options and
hiring bonuses as well.


We stockholders will eventually reap the benefits of their work.

Bendus What's your problem?
If you think the people that engineer and produce the products deserve less that any idiot that can throw down X $ for a stock, GROW UP. I say offer the creators more for their creativity, what better incentive?
