The thorny legal questions about relations between Congress and the executive branch that were in play then and today
There are no "thorny legal questions" in today's case and no claim of executive privilege. Law prohibits disclosure of grand jury materials. The D's all know that, Barr would be breaking the law if he gave it to them. They would probably impeach him for following their subpoena.

I put on Cspan3 and was horrified to see that the DemoRATS have spent their paid vacation regrouping and doubling down on the attempt to remove our President.
