Each time I find activity too strenuous or causing pain.. I adapt.. Change things up.. Used to wreck my right arm by end of season with line trimmer.. No longer.. learn to work smart.. let the tool be the worker and you the guide..

I hear ya

ANYONE that is sedentary and wants to start exercising.. I tell them straight.. forget the gym.. go for a walk.. go for longer walks.. walk to the store,, get yourself a granny basket.. shop more often and fresh and walk there.. Walking is the best.. Then gardening next.. as it exercises more muscles..



Every once in awhile though it's good to able to be a caveman..
