Supersonic speeds could cause big problems for the F-35's stealth coating Unacceptable... that they've shelved this issue as "not fixable". It is EASILY fixable... not even a hard problem... and "if it isn't fixable" its only because the wrong people are working on it... Far too many of the F-35's problems are being "accepted"... only because the wrong people are working the problems. I would not agree to take the F-35 to full rate production without fixing this...
