The only thing charts will tell us is the level where it has PREVIOUSLY been difficult to pass through. They say nothing about the future. What can support your view that Dell will break through 96 is company fundamentals. Therefore, it is my view that they will break through 96, maybe with some effort, but Dell should march through this 96 resistance and consolidate a little before attacking the all time high barring a MARKET meltdown. JMHO. Lee
